| Summary, etc. | Le développement des connaissances sur les troubles du neurodéveloppement dans le domaine des neurosciences a mis en évidence, surtout ces dernières décennies, la complémentarité existante entre neuropédiatrie et pédopsychiatrie. La nécessité d’une approche partagée dans les cliniques neuropédiatrique et pédopsychiatrique en est la conséquence. Les concepts nécessaires à cette double analyse sont communs et/ou complémentaires aux deux spécialités. Nous aborderons quelques bases théoriques sous-jacentes pour l’illustrer. La consultation conjointe pédopsychiatrique et neuropédiatrique permet de faire bénéficier de cette démarche diagnostique et thérapeutique, l’enfant et ses parents. |

| Summary, etc. | The development of knowledge on neurodevelopmental disorders in the field of neuroscience has highlighted, especially in recent decades, the existing complementarity between neuropediatrics and child psychiatry. The consequence of this is the need for a shared approach in neuropediatrics and child psychiatry. The concepts necessary for this dual analysis are common and/or complementary to both specialties. We will discuss some of the underlying theoretical foundations to illustrate this. Joint child psychiatric and neuropediatric consultation allows children and their parents to benefit from this diagnostic and therapeutic approach. |

| Summary, etc. | El desarrollo de los conocimientos sobre los trastornos del neurodesarrollo en el campo de la neurociencia ha puesto de manifiesto, especialmente en las últimas décadas, la complementariedad existente entre la neuropediatría y la psiquiatría infantil. La necesidad de un enfoque compartido en las clínicas de neuropediatría y psiquiatría infantil es la consecuencia. Los conceptos necesarios para este doble análisis son comunes y/o complementarios para ambas especialidades. Para ilustrar esto, discutiremos algunas bases teóricas subyacentes. La consulta conjunta de psiquiatría infantil y neuropediatría permite que el niño y sus padres se beneficien de este enfoque diagnóstico y terapéutico. |
