Devant les nombreux cas rapportés au Centre régional de pharmacovigilance de Nancy, une brève revue de la littérature a été réalisée. Les mécanismes physiopathologiques sont explorés ainsi que les recommandations de prises en charge. |

| Summary, etc. | Antipsychotic-induced tardive dyskinesia and withdrawal-emergent dyskinesia are common syndromes with a very specific symptomatology. In view of the numerous cases reported to the French Centre de Pharmacovigilance of Nancy, a brief review of the literature was carried out. Pathophysiological mechanisms are explored as well as recommendations for treatment. |

A la vista de los numerosos casos notificados al Centro Regional de Farmacovigilancia de Nancy, se ha realizado una breve revisión de la bibliografía. Se exploran los mecanismos fisiopatológicos así como recomendaciones para su tratamiento. |
