| Summary, etc. | Créé en 2019 à l’issue du Grenelle sur les violences conjugales, le bracelet anti-rapprochement (BAR) s’est progressivement répandu dans le paysage judiciaire et pénitentiaire français. Cette nouvelle forme de bracelet électronique instaure une surveillance dite « relationnelle » qui suppose la géolocalisation de l’auteur et de la victime de violences conjugales. L’article se propose d’interroger le fonctionnement de ce dispositif et l’efficacité de la surveillance qu’il est censé rendre possible. À partir d’une enquête empirique conduite dans sept juridictions françaises, nous concluons que le BAR produit une information pléthorique et imprécise qui suppose un intense travail d’interprétation et d’analyse de la part des acteurs judiciaires et parajudiciaires, ce qui nous conduit à le caractériser comme une forme d’anti-panoptique. |

| Summary, etc. | Since its implementation in 2019 following the Grenelle summit on domestic violence, the BAR (bracelet anti-rapprochement) has been increasingly used in the French judicial and prison system. This new form of electronic tag produces what we call a "relational" surveillance because it involves the geolocalization of the perpetrator and the victim of domestic violence. Our paper examines the operation of this device and the effectiveness of the surveillance it is supposed to enable. On the basis of an empirical study conducted in seven French jurisdictions, we conclude that the BAR produces a plethora of imprecise information that requires intense interpretation and analysis on the part of judicial and paralegal actors, leading us to characterize it as a form of anti-panoptic device. |

| Summary, etc. | Das 2019 nach dem Grenelle-Gipfel zu häuslicher Gewalt eingeführte NäherungsverbotArmband (bracelet anti-rapprochement – BAR) hat sich nach und nach in der französischen Justiz- und Strafvollzugslandschaft verbreitet. Diese neue Form der elektronischen Fessel führt eine sogenannte „beziehungsbezogene" Überwachung ein, die die Geolokalisierung des Täters und des Opfers häuslicher Gewalt voraussetzt. Der Artikel befasst sich mit der Funktionsweise dieses Geräts und der Wirksamkeit der Überwachung die es ermöglichen soll. Auf der Grundlage einer empirischen Untersuchung, die in sieben französischen Gerichtsbarkeiten durchgeführt wurde, kommen wir zu dem Schluss, dass das BAR eine Vielzahl sowie ungenaue Informationen liefert, die eine intensive Interpretation und Analyse seitens der Justiz- und justiznaher Akteure erfordern, was uns dazu veranlasst, es als eine Form des Anti-Panoptikums zu charakterisieren. |

Este nuevo tipo de brazalete electrónico instaura una vigilancia denominada "relacional" que implica la geolocalización tanto del autor como de la víctima de violencias contra la pareja. El artículo analiza el funcionamiento de este dispositivo y la eficacia de la vigilancia que supuestamente permite. A partir de una investigación empírica realizada en siete jurisdicciones francesas, concluimos que el BAR produce una información abundante pero imprecisa, que requiere un intenso trabajo de interpretación y análisis por parte de los actores judiciales y parajudiciales, lo que nos lleva a caracterizarlo como una forma de anti-panóptico. |
