| Summary, etc. | Lądek-Zdrój est la plus vielle vieille station thermale de Pologne. Elle est située dans les Sudètes, à quelques kilomètres de la Tchéquie. Les premières traces connues comme lieu de traitement par les sources datent de 1241 et la première analyse chimique de ses eaux minérales naturelles date de 1498. Il y a 6 sources et un forage en exploitation sur le site. Ce sont des eaux faiblement minéralisées composées de sulfures, fluorures et radon. C’est la société anonyme “Uzdrowisko Lądek-Długopole” qui exploite la station. La station a les orientations suivantes : orthopédie et traumatologie, rhumatologie, ostéoporose, dermatologie, maladies vasculaires et maladies de la femme. Elle dispose de 3 piscines thermales, plus d’une centaine de postes d’hydrothérapie, 25 baignoires antiques en marbre. C’est aussi la seule station qui propose encore des soins d’inhalation de gaz radon en Pologne et ce depuis 1913. Elle propose aussi des soins à base de boue forestière (borowina), des chambres de cryothérapie et tout un volet de rééducation-réhabilitation fonctionnelle. C’est aussi 509990 soins dispensés en 2022, 106419 prescriptions NFZ (Assurance maladie polonaise) et 33460 séjours en cure libre. |

| Summary, etc. | Lądek-Zdrój is the oldest old spa in Poland. It is located in the Sudetes, a few kilometers from the Czech Republic. The first traces known as a place of treatment by the springs date from 1241 and the first chemical analysis of its natural mineral water dates from 1498. There are 6 springs and a drilling in operation on the site. These are weakly mineralized waters composed of sulphides, fluorides and radon. Uzdrowisko Lądek-Długopole joint stock company operates the station. The station has the following orientations: orthopedics and traumatology, rheumatology, osteoporosis, dermatology, vascular diseases and diseases of women. It has 3 thermal pools, more than a hundred hydrotherapy stations, 25 antique marble bathtubs. It is also the only station that still offers radon gas inhalation treatments in Poland and has been doing so since 1913. It also offers treatments based on forest mud (borowina), cryotherapy chambers and a whole rehabilitation component-functional rehabilitation. It is also 509,990 treatments provided in 2022, 106,419 NFZ prescriptions (Polish Health Insurance) and 33,460 stays in free treatment. |
