Summary, etc. Studies on entrepreneurial teams tend to focus on particular elements of the team-formation process, neglecting a more complete picture of team dynamics. Using seven case studies, we will show that a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial team-building process is needed, including the pre-creation period and the exit/entry of team members. This approach raises several issues that generate new research questions.
