| Summary, etc. | L’expérience de la guerre entre l’Iran et l’Irak est l’un des prismes principaux mobilisés pour analyser les dynamiques politiques et sociales dans l’Iran contemporain. Or, malgré leur richesse, ces travaux restent souvent centrés sur la figure du martyr de la Guerre de la défense sacrée ou de la Révolution, voire du corps qui a donné le plus de martyrs dans ce conflit armé, les basidjs. Cet article analyse la prégnance de la guerre dans les politiques de loisirs dans les quartiers de Téhéran à partir d’une perspective de sociologie de l’action publique. En explorant comment le répertoire de la guerre contribue à cadrer l’action publique légitime, à guider les pratiques et les représentations de soi des agents publics, à habiliter et à contraindre au travers de divers instruments et normes certaines conceptions des loisirs légitimes, il s’agit d’éclairer en retour les modalités du gouvernement contemporain de l’État iranien et leurs renégociations quotidiennes. |

| Summary, etc. | The experience of the Iran-Irak war is one of the principal prismes used to analyse political and social dynamics in contemporary Iran. However, despite the strengths of this approach, it is often over-focused upon the figure of the martyr of “the sacred defence of the Revolution”, or upon the part of the army that lost most lives in defending this cause : the basidjs. Instead, this article analyses the effects of that war upon leisure policies in Teheran neighborhoods from the angle of the sociology of public action. By exploring how the repertoire linked to this war has contributed to framing what constitutes legitimate public action, to guiding the practices and self-representations of public agents, and to both empowering and constraining via a variety of instruments and norms as regards legitimate leisure pursuits, the aim is to shed light upon the modalities of government in contemporary Iran and its daily renegociation. |
