| Summary, etc. | Le visionnage de films en enseignement moral et civique est une pratique pédagogique parfois utilisée au lycée pour familiariser les élèves avec l’univers judiciaire. Cet article se propose d’interroger la diversité des pratiques filmiques instituées par les professeurs et leur impact sur le développement de la curiosité des élèves en classe, à la fois perceptuelle et épistémique. À travers les pratiques effectives des enseignants, les réactions et les interactions des élèves, l’observation directe de telles séances dans trois classes de seconde révèle l’influence croisée de deux facteurs : le type de film, documentaire ou éducatif, et la mise en accessibilité cognitive de celui-ci par l’enseignant. |

| Summary, etc. | Watching films in civics is a teaching practice sometimes used in upper secondary school to familiarize pupils with justice. This article questions the diversity of film practices set up by teachers and their impact on the development of classroom curiosity, both perceptual and epistemic. Through the real practices of the teachers and the reactions and interactions of the pupils, direct observation of such lessons in three high school classes reveals the combined influence of two factors: the type of film, documentary or educational, and the cognitive accessibility to the film provided by the teacher. |
