| Summary, etc. | Dans les ateliers d’analyse de pratiques, il faut noter que le groupe occupe une place centrale. Il y est sujet : celui par lequel l’analyse advient. Ce sont par les interactions entre les personnes du groupe que l’analyse prend tout son développement, à partir des différentes hypothèses au fur et à mesure mises à jour. Le groupe y prend donc une triple place, un triptyque dans lequel il est : auteur du résultat, l’analyse produite ; auteur de la formation de chacun des participants au travail d’analyse ; auteur de la formation de chacun au travail de groupe. Une formation faite de tout ce que chacune et chacun traverse, notamment ses émotions et celles du groupe. C’est certainement par ce triptyque que les ateliers d’analyse de pratiques se révèlent être un espace de formation indispensable. Il s’agit alors d’étudier de près la place très particulière que prend la personne qui conduit cette forme d’ateliers. |
