| Summary, etc. | En 2012, des tribunaux environnementaux ont été créés au Chili par la loi 20.600. Cette réforme législative a contribué au développement des éléments de la responsabilité environnementale, à travers une interprétation large de chacun de ses éléments par le juge environnemental. Il s’agit en particulier d’une nouvelle compréhension de l’intérêt à agir, du champ d’application de la présomption de responsabilité et de concepts ambigus, tel que celui du caractère significatif du dommage. L’analyse de la jurisprudence développée par le juge environnemental permet de constater que la création d’une justice spécialisée peut permettre, grâce au développement pointu de concepts juridiques, de renforcer l’accès à la justice et l’efficacité des normes environnementales. |

| Summary, etc. | Environmental courts were created in Chile in 2012, by law 20.600. This reform contributed to the development of the environmental liability elements, through a wide jurisprudential interpretation.
