| Summary, etc. | Ces dernières décennies ont vu émerger une évolution de la société française en regard des violences intrafamiliales, du climat incestuel et de l’inceste. La question même de l’enfant exposé aux violences est elle-même une meurtrissure pouvant rester indélébile eu égard aux expositions répétées d’un enfant qui ne sera pas protégé. Tout un système de professionnels peine parfois à comprendre la complexité des enjeux de l’attachement affectif d’un enfant en maintenant le lien à tout prix, là où l’enfant, lui, en paiera le prix. Le rapport de la commission de la Commission indépendante sur l’inceste et les violences sexuelles faites aux enfants (CIIVISE) a eu le mérite, par le biais du juge Édouard Durand, de mettre en lumière tous ces enjeux. Notre article se propose, au travers d’un exemple clinique, d’expliciter les enjeux d’un enfant en situation d’exposition à la violence conjugale et les conséquences psychiques. |

| Summary, etc. | Recent decades have seen a shift in French society regarding domestic violence, the incestuous climate, and incest. The very issue of a child exposed to violence is itself a scar that can remain indelible given the repeated exposure of a child who will not be protected. An entire system of professionals sometimes struggles to understand the complexity of the issues surrounding a child’s emotional attachment by maintaining the bond at all costs, where the child, himself, will pay the price. The CIIVISE commission’s report, through judge Édouard Durand, had the merit of highlighting all these issues. Our article aims, through a clinical example, to explain the issues of a child in a situation of exposure to domestic violence and the psychological consequences. |
