| Summary, etc. | Cet article s’appuie sur le suivi clinique d’un mineur non accompagné accueilli dans un foyer de protection de l’enfance puis sorti du dispositif à sa majorité. À partir de ce cas, l’auteure explore les effets psychiques des ruptures multiples, familiales, culturelles et institutionnelles, qui marquent le parcours des jeunes en exil dont le vécu réactive des blessures de désaffiliation à l’œuvre dans l’expérience migratoire. L’article interroge les effets désorganisateurs d’un lien institutionnel défaillant, notamment au moment charnière du passage à la majorité. Il montre comment l’absence de relais contenants peut compromettre le processus de subjectivation. L’articulation entre vécu individuel et cadre institutionnel permet de penser les enjeux contemporains de l’accueil et souligne les risques de désubjectivation liés à des logiques d’exclusion programmée. |

| Summary, etc. | This article is based on the clinical case study of an unaccompanied minor placed in a child protection service who was later expelled from it upon reaching the age of majority. The author explores the psychological effects of the multiple break-ups (familial, cultural, and institutional) that shape the experience of these young people in exile. These experiences often reactivate earlier wounds of disaffiliation already present in the migratory process. The disorganizing effects of a failing institutional bond are examined, particularly at the pivotal moment of transition to adulthood. It is shown how the absence of containing frameworks may undermine the process of subjectivation. Correlating individual experience with institutional dynamics, contemporary challenges in care practices are explored and the risks of desubjectivation inherent in programmed forms of exclusion are highlighted. |
