| Summary, etc. | Comment mettre en œuvre avec discernement, cohérence et audace les deux motu proprio du pape François de 2021 sur les institutions, Spiritus Domini et Antiquum ministerium ? Ce sont les questions que se posent la plupart des Conférences épiscopales. L’article commence par inscrire les deux documents pontificaux dans la ligne de la réforme des « ordres mineurs » de Paul vi avec Ministeria quaedam (1972) et l’exhortation sur les laïcs Christifideles laici de Jean-Paul ii (1988) : il s’agit de penser ecclésiologiquement les ministères institués exercés par des femmes et des hommes laïcs dans leur relation à la communauté des disciples missionnaires et en cohésion avec leur vocation, selon notamment le Directoire pour la catéchèse (2020). Puis, l’essai vise à montrer quelle pluralité de figures ces ministères institués de lecteurs (lectrices), acolytes et catéchistes (et d’autres) pourraient revêtir à l’avenir. Enfin, il pointe quelques éléments de vigilance et questions ouvertes à prendre en compte, afin de favoriser le renouveau effectif de l’évangélisation. |

| Summary, etc. | How to implement Pope Francis’ two Motu proprio of 2021 on institutions, Spiritus Domini and Antiquum ministerium, with discernment, coherence and boldness? Questions that most Bishops’ Conferences are asking. This article begins by placing the two pontifical documents in the line of Paul vi’s reform of the “minor orders” with Ministeria quaedam (1972), and John Paul ii’s exhortation on the laity Christifideles laici (1988). The issue is to think ecclesiologically about the instituted ministries exercised by lay men and women in their relationship to the community of missionary disciples and in cohesion with their vocation, in particular in accordance with the new Directory for Catechesis (2020). The essay then aims to show what figures of plurality these instituted ministries of readers, acolytes and catechists (and others) could take on in the future. Finally, it points out some areas of vigilance and open questions to be taken into account, in order to favour the effective renewal of evangelisation. |
