| Summary, etc. | RésuméSi la forte influence de l’historiographie française à l’extérieur de ses frontières a été particulièrement marquée en ce qui concerne l’Espagne, elle fut encore plus perceptible et directe dans le domaine de l’histoire rurale de l’époque moderne. L’objectif de ce travail est de situer cette influence et son évolution, pour ce qui est des méthodes et des domaines de la recherche, grâce à l’analyse de l’œuvre et du parcours des hispanistes français. Il ressort de cette étude qu’après avoir accumulé de l’expérience grâce à la réalisation d’un grand nombre de monographies « à la française », les Espagnols cessèrent peu à peu de se référer à la France lors du processus de croissance et d’internationalisation de leur histoire rurale. Il serait nécessaire, cependant, d’intensifier de nouveau la collaboration et les échanges scientifiques entre les historiens ruraux des deux pays pour promouvoir des travaux d’histoire comparée d’un côté et de l’autre des Pyrénées. |

| Summary, etc. | While the powerful influence of French historiography abroad was generally strongly felt in neighboring Spain, it was particularly visible and immmediate in the field of Early Modern rural history. The goal of this paper is to replace in context this influence and its evolution, both in the methods and objects of research, through an analysis of the works and careers of French specialists of Spain. The study concludes that once they had built a body of experience through the realization of a large number of monographies modelled on the French tradition, the Spaniards progressively stopped referring to France once their rural history started to grow and internationalize. Still, it would seem necessary to revitalize the collaboration and scientific exchange between the rural history of both countries in order to promote works of comparative history encompassing both sides of the Pyrenees. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenSi la amplia influencia de la historiografía francesa en el exterior tendría en el caso de España una especial preponderancia, su repercusión fue aún más perceptible y directa en el ámbito de la historia rural durante la Edad Moderna. Situar dicha influencia y su evolución en cuanto a métodos y líneas de investigación a través del análisis de la obra y de la trayectoria de los hispanistas galos es el objetivo de este trabajo. De su estudio se desprende que, tras la experiencia acumulada con la proliferación de monografías a la manera « francesa », en el proceso de crecimiento e internacionalización de la historiografía rural española Francia poco a poco dejó de ser el referente privilegiado. Sería necesario, sin embargo, intensificar de nuevo la colaboración y el intercambio científico entre la renovada historia rural francesa y española impulsando los trabajos aún pendientes de historia comparada a un lado y otro de los Pirineos. |
