| Summary, etc. | Cet article concerne l’acquisition de la connaissance du nombre « 10 » par des élèves âgés de 7 à 11 ans, atteints de troubles cognitifs fonctionnels, scolarisés dans une Unité Locale d’Inclusion Scolaire (ULIS) ; ceci au regard de la littérature scientifique sur la construction du nombre et de son importance comme base du système décimal.À partir de la proposition formulée par l’enseignante spécialisée « J’en veux 10 », les élèves sont amenés à utiliser des objets pour résoudre la tâche demandée. D’un côté, il est intéressant d’observer comment les conditions d’apprentissage rendent l’engagement des élèves favorable à l’activité. D’un autre côté, les propositions des élèves, en protocoles verbaux individuels, analysés sous le prisme de sept des dimensions de la didactique de la dizaine, permettent une analyse fine de leur activité de résolution individuelle, riche et souvent créative. |

| Summary, etc. | This article concerns the acquisition of knowledge of the number “10” by students aged 7 to 11, suffering from cognitive functional disorders, in special needs schools for inclusive and special education; this in light of the scientific literature about the construction of number; especially in light of its importance as the basis of the decimal system.Based on the proposal formulated by the specialist teacher “I want 10”, students are led to use objects to solve the requested task. On the one hand, it is interesting to observe how the learning conditions make the students’ engagement favorable to the activity. On the other hand, the students’ proposals, in individual verbal protocols, analyzed through the prism of seven of the dimensions of number teaching, allow us a detailed analysis of their individual, rich and often creative problem-solving activity. |
