Der Artikel dokumentiert den Prozess der beruflichen Anerkennung von sechs Krankenpfleger in fortgeschrittener Praxis bei ihrem Berufseinstieg anhand eines anthropologischen Ansatzes durch Einzel- und Gruppeninterviews. Die Ergebnisse dokumentieren den Ansatz einer ganzheitlichen Sicht des Patienten, die Feststellung der Kontinuität des Pflegeberufs im Beruf der Krankenpfleger, den Rückgriff auf Bastelarbeiten, um den Aktionsradius aufzubauen, und die Mobilisierung von Marketingkompetenzen. Es werden Interpellationen skizziert, die die Ausbildung, die Berufe im Gesundheitswesen und die politische Führung betreffen. |

The article documents the process of professional recognition of 6 APNs upon entering the career according to an anthropological meaning through individual and collective interviews. The results document the path of a global vision of the patient, the identification of the nursing profession continuity in APN’s career, the use of DIY to build the scope of action and the handling of marketing skills. Interpellations concerning training, health-care careers and political governance are outlined. |

| Summary, etc. | La profesión “enfermería de práctica avanzada” (IPA por su sigla en francés) es una de las respuestas a los desafíos actuales de la salud pública. Este artículo muestra el proceso de reconocimiento profesional de seis IPA en su entrada a la profesión, utilizando un enfoque antropológico basado en entrevistas individuales y grupales. Los resultados documentan el abordaje desde una visión global del paciente, la identificación de la continuidad de la profesión de enfermería en la profesión de IPA, el uso del bricolaje para construir el perímetro de acción y la utilización de competencias de marketing. Se esbozan cuestiones relativas a la formación, las profesiones sanitarias y las gobernanzas políticas. |

L’article éclaire le processus de reconnaissance professionnelle de six IPA à l’entrée dans le métier, selon une perspective anthropologique par entretiens individuels et collectifs. Les résultats documentent l’approche d’une vision globale du patient, le repérage de la continuité de la profession d’infirmier dans le métier d’IPA, le recours à du bricolage pour construire le périmètre d’action et la mobilisation de compétences en marketing. Des interpellations touchant à la formation, aux métiers de la santé et aux gouvernances politiques sont esquissées. |
