Summary, etc. Dans le contexte de l’école inclusive, il est recommandé de travailler en équipe. Or, la forme scolaire reste structurée par des frontières visibles et invisibles (Pelletier et Thomazet, 2019). L’étude porte sur la classe passerelle, dispositif situé au carrefour de plusieurs métiers avec la participation des parents en classe. À partir de photos et d’entretiens d’autoconfrontation simples, nous cherchons à éclairer le processus de collaboration dans ce territoire partagé et à repérer le rôle des objets frontières. Les résultats permettent de caractériser d’une part, l’activité collective en confortant le rôle structurant du leadership de l’enseignant (Bardy  et al., 2019) et d’autre part, des objets frontières facilitant la dynamique collaborative entre famille et école : débriefing/briefing, espace-parents en classe, ateliers parentaux et activités pédagogiques coanimées.

Summary, etc. With inclusive school, teamwork is recommended. However, the school form remains structured by visible and invisible boundaries (Pelletier and Thomazet, 2019). The study focuses on the “classe passerelle”, a device located at the crossroads of several professions with the participation of parents in class. Based on photos and simple self-confrontation interviews, we seek to shed light on the collaborative process in this shared territory and to identify the role of boundaries objects. The results make it possible to characterise, on the one hand, collective activity by confirming the structuring role of the teacher’s leadership (Bardy  et al., 2019) and, on the other hand, boundaries objects facilitating the collaborative dynamic between family and school: debriefing/briefing, parents’ space in the classroom, parents’ workshops and co-facilitated educational activities.
