| Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse aux Chargés d’accueil et d’accompagnement (CAA) des Missions Handicap ou Inclusion dont la fonction est d’assurer un accompagnement des étudiants handicapés en vue de faciliter leur autonomie. Or ces acteurs, qui s’inscrivent progressivement dans la mise en œuvre des politiques inclusives universitaires françaises, tout comme européennes1, peuvent être signes d’une ambiguïté certaine, tant leur mission et leur fonction semble peu définies. À travers des entretiens individuels, nous mettons en lumière les praxéologies professionnelles de ces praticiens, peu connues de la littérature scientifique, en nous appuyant sur la Théorie de l’Anthropologie du Didactique (Chevallard, 1998, 2010) développée pour l’analyse de l’activité hors enseignement par Ladage (2011, 2017) et le développement professionnel par Suau (2016, 2019). Plus particulièrement, nous mettons au jour des techniques employées par ces nouveaux acteurs relativement à un type de tâche S’entretenir avec l’ERIH pour identifier ses besoins tout au long de sa scolarité et nous questionnons leur rapport d’assujettissement et d’innovation à l’institution Université. |

| Summary, etc. | This article focuses on the praxeologies of the disabled student support staff whose mission is to implement universities inclusive policies. However, these actors, who are gradually becoming part of the implementation of French and European inclusive university policies, may be a sign of ambiguity, as their function seem to be poorly defined. Through individual interviews, we shed light on the actual professional practices of these actors, unknown in the scientific literature, by relying on the Theory of the Anthropology of Didactics (Chevallard, 1998, 2010) developed for the analysis of non-teaching activity by Ladage (2011, 2017) and professional development by Suau (2016, 2019). More specifically, we uncover techniques employed by these new actors in relation to a type of task “ Talking with the student to identify their needs throughout their university course” and we question their relationship of assignment and innovation to the university institution. |
