| Summary, etc. | L’inclusion constitue un enjeu majeur dans les milieux scolaires de plusieurs pays et le soutien des directions d’établissement d’enseignement dans ce processus apparaît essentiel. Entre autres, elles doivent favoriser et soutenir le travail collaboratif entre les différents acteurs de l’inclusion. Des écrits suggèrent quatre dimensions concernant les rôles des directions relatifs à l’inclusion (promotion, formation, mise en œuvre de pratiques et régulation des actions) et avancent que le sentiment d’autoefficacité de ces dernières peut contribuer à l’exercice de leur leadership. Ainsi, cet article présente des actions possibles, soit des manifestations, à l’intérieur de ces dimensions, spécifiquement liées à la collaboration interprofessionnelle, qui ont été dégagées dans les premières étapes du processus méthodologique d’élaboration d’un questionnaire mesurant le sentiment d’autoefficacité des directions d’établissement d’enseignement dans une visée inclusive. |

| Summary, etc. | Inclusive schools constitute a major issue in several countries and the school’s principal support appears essential in this process. Among other roles, the school’s principals must promote and support collaborative work between different inclusive actors. Scientific literature suggests four main dimensions concerning principals’ roles regarding inclusion (promotion, training, implementation of inclusive practices and actions’ regulation) and underscores that principals’ sense of self-efficacy (is a latter that) can contribute to their leadership. Thus, this article presents possible actions, therefore manifestations, within these dimensions, specifically related to interprofessional collaboration, which were identified in the early stages of the methodological process of developing a questionnaire measuring principals’ sense of self-efficacy toward inclusion. |
