| Summary, etc. | La fatigue est une plainte courante durant l’adolescence. Elle peut certes traduire l’exigence du travail psychique à cette période de la vie mais elle ne doit pas être banalisée. Le cas de Louise, rencontrée durant son hospitalisation à la suite d’un geste suicidaire à l’adolescence, nous enseigne qu’une fatigue extrême peut faire écho à la fatigue d’un autre. L’identification aliénante au parent fatigué peut susciter un acte autodestructeur, reflétant une déliaison intrapsychique. Le travail thérapeutique consiste notamment à ranimer l’activité représentative et à faire émerger des scènes pubertaires : passer de la fatigue aux rêves. |

| Summary, etc. | A tired teen-ager. Whose fatigue ? Being tired is a common complaint during the teen-age years. It may be reflective of course of the demands psyche work puts on the body during this life period, but it should not be considered routine. Our encounter with Louise during her hospital stay after a suicidal act as a teen-ager taught us that an extreme fatigue might echo somebody else’s fatigue. Identifying oneself to the tired parent is alienating and might trigger an auto-destructive act that reflects an intrapsychic deliasion. The therapeutic work aims specifically at renewing the representative activity and at facilitating the reemergence of pubertal events : switching from fatigue to dreams. |

| Summary, etc. | L’adolescente stanco. Di quale stanchezza ? La stanchezza è una lamentela comune durante l’adolescenza. Puo`certo tradurre l’esigenza del lavoro psichico in questo periodo della vita ma non deve essere banalizzata. Il caso di Louise, incontrata quando era ricoverata in seguito a un gesto suicida all’adolescenza, ci insegna che un’estrema stanchezza puo`riecheggiare la stanchezza di un altro. L’identificazione alienante al genitore stanco puo`suscitare un atto autodistruttore che riflette uno scollegare intrapsichico. Il lavoro terapeutico consiste particolarmente nel rianimare l’attività rappresentativa e far emergere scene puberali : passare dalla stanchezza ai sogni. |
