| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article propose une approche de la veille informationnelle permettant d’envisager la construction d’un outil de captage, de traitement et d’analyse des signaux faibles. Sont abordés dans ce travail, les premiers éléments de la démarche visant à construire in vitro un outil de captage et de traitement des signaux faibles, notamment en revisitant la théorie qui n’est ici envisagée que comme le résultat de recherches relativement aux questions que se sont posés les praticiens, théoriciens et autres experts du domaine à propos des différents paradigmes informationnels qui sont mis en jeu dans les organisations. L’apport d’autres champs disciplinaires, par la force du jeu des comparaisons et des analogies, a permis de déterminer, de façon conceptuelle tout d’abord et pratique ensuite, les contours d’un dispositif empirique de management de l’information à haute valeur ajoutée édifié au sein d’un espace numérique d’échange (ENE) favorisant le captage, le traitement et l’analyse collective des signaux faibles. Contrairement aux dispositifs existants qui dédient spécifiquement des acteurs à la veille stratégique, nous considérons que chaque acteur, quelque qu’il soit doit, fait partie du système de veille informationnelle. Le dispositif de captage des signaux faibles est ici envisagé comme un outil d’agglomération de l’information à haute valeur ajoutée au service du management. Les éléments constitutifs d’une démarche exploratoire sont ici décrits du point de vue du rôle des acteurs (front office), de la constitution d’un espace de communication dénommé espace numérique d’échange (middle office) et du choix d’un fédérateur responsable de la régulation du dispositif (back office). Le fonctionnement et le protocole d’expérimentation empirique de l’outil de veille sont abordés dans un dernier point. |

| Summary, etc. | Information management in the organization – A new approach to information watch by capturing and processing weak signalsIn this article the authors’ propose an approach to information watch which can be used to conceive of a tool for capturing, processing and analysing weak signals. They examine the first elements of the approach aimed at building such a tool in vitro. In particular, they review theory which they envisage here only as the result of research on questions that practitioners, theoreticians and other experts in the field have explored, concerning the different information paradigms at play in organizations. Through comparison and analogy, the contribution of other disciplines has made it possible to determine, first conceptually and then practically, the shape of an empirical information management device with a high added value, constructed within a digital exchange space that favours the capturing, processing and collective analysis of weak signals. Contrary to the existing devices that specifically dedicate actors to strategic intelligence, the authors consider that all actors, irrespective of who they are, belong to the information watch system. The device for capturing weak signals is envisaged here as a tool for clustered information with a high added value, for management purposes. The elements constituting an exploratory approach are described from the points of view of the actors’ role (front office), the constitution of a communication space called a digital exchange space (middle office), and the choice of a federator responsible for regulating the device (back office). The functioning and empirical experimentation protocol of the intelligence tool is examined in the last part. |
