| Summary, etc. | L'affaire Mohamed Merah a réactivé chez l'auteur d'anciens traumatismes familiaux en lien avec le nazisme, et a conduit celui‑ci à poursuivre sa réflexion sur le terrorisme. Les figures du terrorisme ne sont pas univoques mais sont rattachées à différents traumatismes familiaux et sociaux s'interpénétrant, dont l'impact serait celui d'une « terreur sans nom » provoquant pour la survie du sujet une avidité d'idéaux grandioses à la hauteur de sa dissolution identitaire. Idéaux portés par un projet « humaniste » collectif, rédempteur et purificateur sous-tendu par des visées de vengeance réparatrice conduisant à l'acte terroriste à l'endroit des victimes rendues coupables de son anéantissement existentiel d'où la nécessité de les éradiquer. |

Terrorism portrayals or figures are not one-directional but are linked to various intermingling social and family traumas leading to a “nameless terror” which makes the subject greedy for big ideals equal to his identity dissolution, ideals carried by a purifying, redeeming and “humanistic” group project underlied in the aims of a redressing revenge leading up in the terrorist act against victims made guilty by the fact of their existential annihilation which made it necessary to eradicate them. |
