Summary, etc. Le texte qui suit se propose de présenter des pistes de travail dans le suivi psychothérapeutique d’enfants et d’adolescents installés en lieux de transit, en contexte humanitaire. La réflexion s’ouvre sur une présentation du cadre de l’intervention, interrogeant d’emblée le positionnement clinique du psychologue en situation humanitaire. À partir des consultations menées auprès de cette population réfugiée de Mossoul en Irak par une Organisation-Non-Gouvernementale Internationale, se pose la question de la possibilité d’une articulation entre une approche psychothérapeutique psychodynamique avec la réalité du terrain humanitaire. Comment travailler dans l’urgence lorsqu’il s’agit de restaurer la temporalité psychique? Ce travail de réflexion à partir de la clinique amène à penser le cadre thérapeutique ainsi que les réaménagements nécessaires à cette pratique de l’entre-deux.

Summary, etc. The following paper explores the possibilities of a psychotherapeutic approach when working with children and adolescents in humanitarian temporary settlements such as refugee camps. The paper opens with a brief presentation of the humanitarian framework and its impact on the psychologist’s profession. Based on the clinical experience acquired in the field with an International Non-Governmental-Organization with a refugee population from Mosul (Iraq), the limits of a psychodynamic approach are shown. A reflection is proposed around the central question: How should we deal with emergency while at the same time attempting to repair psychic temporality? These considerations have been developed from clinical practice as a starting point, reappraising the theoretical model and showing the need to reflect on methodology when practising in a temporary environment.

Summary, etc. El siguiente texto presenta enfoques para la atención psicoterapéutica de niños y adolescentes en situaciones de tránsito en un contexto humanitario. El documento comienza con una presentación del marco de la intervención, cuestionando la posición clínica del psicólogo en una situación humanitaria. A partir de las consultas realizadas a esta población de refugiados en Mosul (Irak) por una organización no gubernamental internacional, se plantea la cuestión de la posibilidad de vincular un enfoque psicoterapéutico psicodinámico con la realidad del ámbito humanitario. ¿Cómo podemos trabajar en una situación de emergencia cuando el objetivo es restaurar la temporalidad psíquica? Esta reflexión, basada en la experiencia clínica, nos lleva a pensar en el marco terapéutico así como en los ajustes necesarios para esta práctica del tiempo intermedio.
