| Summary, etc. | Ce travail a pour objet de présenter les résultats préliminaires d’une étude qualitative visant à explorer l’expérience subjective des soignants qui adressent des familles en psychothérapie transculturelle.Les résultats montrent que le dispositif offre à la famille la possibilité de rentrer en confiance pour pouvoir construire une narrativité subjective et culturelle qui permet aux soignants de mieux comprendre les situations et d’améliorer l’alliance thérapeutique. On souligne un changement dans la pratique des thérapeutes après leur rencontre avec le dispositif transculturel qui peut donner d’autres clés de lecture de l’histoire clinique des patients. |

| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this work is to present the first results of a qualitative study exploring the experience of practitioners who refer families to transcultural psychotherapy.The results show that the therapeutic setting offers the family the possibility of gaining confidence in order to be able to form a subjective, cultural narrative, enabling caregivers to have a better understanding of situations and to improve the therapeutic alliance. There is a change in therapists’ practice after their encounter with the transcultural setting which can provide other keys to reading the clinical history of patients. |

| Summary, etc. | El propósito de este trabajo es presentar los resultados preliminares de un estudio cualitativo dirigido a explorar la experiencia subjetiva de los profesionales que derivan familias a psicoterapia transcultural.Los resultados muestran que el dispositivo ofrece a la familia la posibilidad de recuperar la confianza para poder construir una narratividad subjetiva y cultural. Esto a su vez permite a los profesionales comprender mejor las situaciones y mejorar la alianza terapéutica. Destacamos un cambio en la práctica de los terapeutas tras su encuentro con el dispositivo transcultural que puede aportar otras claves para la lectura de la historia clínica de los pacientes. |
