| Summary, etc. | Nous nous intéressons dans cet article aux impacts de l’introduction d’une technologie telle que le robot chirurgical sur l’activité qui se déroule dans un bloc opératoire situé au sein d’un Centre Hospitalier Régional Universitaire (CHRU) de la région Grand Est (France).Dans une perspective pragmatiste visant la co-construction de sens avec les acteurs du terrain, nous avons réalisé une recherche documentaire sur le sujet, des observations au sein du bloc opératoire, une captation vidéo et des photographies d’une intervention chirurgicale en urologie de trois heures, des entretiens d’auto-confrontation avec les membres de l’équipe ayant participé à l’intervention filmée, ainsi qu’un workshop interprofessionnel et interdisciplinaire autour du robot chirurgical.L’analyse des données produites a abouti à plusieurs résultats. Tout d’abord, nous avons mis en évidence la logique sous-jacente et les effets spécifiques du robot chirurgical. Ces effets spécifiques du robot sont cependant à nuancer dans la mesure où certains d’entre eux peuvent être modulés par la mise en place d’espaces de discussion voués à l’apprentissage par le travail. Enfin, le redesign organisationnel concomitant à l’introduction du robot chirurgical se voit contraint par l’application des règles du nouveau management public dans l’établissement hospitalier étudié. |

| Summary, etc. | We are interested in this article in the impact of the introduction of a technology such as the surgical robot on the activity that takes place in an operating room located within a Regional University Hospital Center of the Grand Est region (France).From a pragmatist perspective aiming at the coconstruction of meaning with the actors of the field, we carried out a documentary research on the subject, observations within the operating room, video recording and photographs of a three-hour urology surgery, selfconfrontation interviews with the team members who have participated in the filmed intervention as well as an interprofessional and interdisciplinary workshop on the surgical robot.The analysis of the data produced yielded several results. First of all, we highlighted the underlying logic and the specific effects of the surgical robot. These specific effects of the robot, however, must be qualified to the extent that some of them can be modulated by the implementation of discussion spaces dedicated to work-based learning. Finally, the organizational redesign that coincides with the introduction of the surgical robot is constrained by the application of the rules of the new public management in the hospital studied.
