| Summary, etc. | Cet article examine les innovations organisationnelles très peu traitées dans la littérature en comparaison avec les innovations technologiques et encore moins dans le cas particulier des organisations de l’entrepreneuriat social. Pour contribuer à combler ce manque de connaissances théoriques, notre recherche propose d’explorer les innovations organisationnelles des startups sociales. Pour cela, nous avons adopté une étude de cas multiple de startups sociales françaises. Ainsi, notre recherche montre que l’innovation organisationnelle de ces jeunes entreprises prend des formes variées qui ont pour point commun la souplesse et la transversalité des équipes internes. L’innovation organisationnelle se caractérise aussi par un mode de gouvernance ouvert à la diversité des parties prenantes de l’organisation pour répondre simultanément à des objectifs pluriels. | Summary, etc. | This article examines the organizational innovations that are little discussed in the literature compared to technological innovations, and even less in the particular case of the social startups. To help fill this gap of theoretical knowledge, our research proposes to explore the organizational innovations of social startups. For that, we have adopted a multiple case studies of French social entrepreneurship startups. Thus, our research shows that the organizational innovation of social startups takes on a variety of forms, the common feature being the flexibility and transversality of the internal teams. Organizational innovation is also characterized by a mode of management open to diversity of the organization’s stakeholders to simultaneously meet multiple objectives. |
