| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa position de l’intervenant « psy » face aux salariés licenciés est particulièrement critiquée. À partir de trois interventions, nous développerons quel est le dispositif qui permet à l’intervenant analyste de proposer un travail aux salariés sur licenciement. Le travail se fera en groupe de parole, sur la base du volontariat et avec engagement de confidentialité. L’objectif de l’intervention sera de faire fonctionner ce groupe comme instance tierce qui permette à chacun de rester dans le collectif tout en reprenant la parole en son nom. La finalité est de permettre aux individus présents dans ces groupes d’intégrer l’événement dans leur histoire et d’envisager un avenir possible tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel. |

| Summary, etc. | The position of the consultant in regards to laid-off workers has been particularly criticised. Based on three interventions we will deduce what level of intervention will be necessary for the analyst to propose a work about redundancy. This work will be done via supportive groups, on a voluntary basis and with total commitment to confidentiality. The objective of the intervention will be to make these groups work as a third party, permitting each individual to feel themselves part of a collective group whilst equally retaining the right to have their own personal say. The purpose is to permit the individuals present in these groups to integrate the event into their past and to envisage a potential future, as much on the personal level as on the professional. |
