| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’intervention sociopsychanalytique présentée s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une théorie de l’institution créée par Gérard Mendel et appliquée par ses équipes depuis plus de trente ans dans un vaste ensemble du champ social. En cours de réalisation dans un service de pédiatrie depuis une année, elle permet d’illustrer les bases conceptuelles, méthodologiques et pratiques de cette théorie. Le dispositif institutionnel installé concerne l’ensemble des personnels du service qui s’expriment en groupes homogènes de métiers sur l’acte de travail et communiquent entre eux par la médiation d’écrits, hiérarchie comprise. Cette intervention en milieu hospitalier a privilégié un axe spécifique : celui de différencier et d’articuler la dimension du psychologique, portée par chacun des participants (dimension émotionnelle particulièrement présente chez les soignants d’enfants), et celle de l’institutionnel qui traverse et construit toute situation professionnelle. |

| Summary, etc. | This sociopsychanalytique intervention is based on Gérard Mendel theoretical approach of organizations, followed by his team for more than 30 years in very diverse organizations. Being held for one year in a pediatric department, this intervention enables an illustration of the conceptual, methodological and practical bases of this theory. The setting involves all the department staff who divided in homogenous group, according to their profession and to their hierarchical level. They express themselves on their work and extend their points of view only through written reports. This intervention has favored a major aim : differentiate and articulate the psychological dimension which each correspondent bears (emotional dimension specially strong among the children therapists) and the institutional dimension which crosses and organizes all professional situations. |
