| Summary, etc. | RésuméDans le débat contemporain sur les productions agricoles et alimentaires locales et traditionnelles, l’ethnologue et le géographe sont fortement sollicités. Leurs thématiques sont souvent communes – qu’il s’agisse de patrimoine, de localité, de frontières culturelles par exemple – et leurs regards se complètent. Les deux disciplines se retrouvent mobilisées lors d’expertises menées pour aider à délimiter des zones d’« appellation d’origine contrôlée ». Sillonner ensemble le terrain révèle des rapprochements, des différences, mais aussi des nuances, en particulier méthodologiques, dans les appréciations et les interprétations. Mais leurs avis viennent aussi souvent se renforcer mutuellement, face à ceux d’autres disciplines (sciences de la terre ou sciences de la vie), convoquées pour l’étude des « produits de terroir ». |

| Summary, etc. | Ethnologists and geographs are very much requested today to take part in discussions about local and traditional agricultural and food productions. They often share common research themes – such as patrimony, locality, cultural frontiers – and their views complement one another. Both disciplines are needed by experts to help them delimit the areas of products with a guarantee of origin. When travelling through the country together ethnologists and geographs can observe similarities, differences and also subtleties, more especially methodological, in their appreciations and interpretations. But their opinions often reinforce each other against those of researchers in other disciplines (earth or life sciences) working on the same topic. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungEthnologen und Geographen werden heute sehr gefragt in den Debatten über lokale traditionelle landwirtschaftliche Produkte und Nahrungsmittel. Sie teilen oft dieselben Thematiken miteinander – wie das Patrimonium, die Ortschaft, die Kulturellen Grenzen – und ihre Gesichtspunkte ergänzen sich. Beide Disziplinen werden von Fachmännern benötigt, um ihnen zu helfen, die Zonen von Produkten mit geprüfter Herkunftsbezeichnung zu bestimmen. Beim Durchziehen ihr Feld zusammen können Ethnologen und Geographen Ähnlichkeiten, Unterschiede und auch Nuancen, besonders methodologische, in ihren Einschätzungen und Interpretationen feststellen. Aber ihre Meinungen bestärken oft einander gegenüber den von Forschern in anderen Disziplinen (Erden- oder Lebenswissenschaften), die dasselbe Thema studieren. |
