| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa disparition de la négociation à la criée est envisagée à travers la modernisation qui a touché la place financière parisienne à partir du milieu des années quatre-vingt. Deux marchés sont concernés : celui des actions ferme en 1988. Il est étudié à partir d’une archive filmée, centrée sur une action symbolique mise en scène sous la forme d’un enterrement ; celui des produits dérivés ( matif) disparaît en 1998. Il est étudié à partir d’enquêtes ethnographiques au palais Brongniart, au cours desquelles se sont déroulées des grèves de salariés et d’indépendants. Ces actions sociales et symboliques de clôture sont des réponses à l’événement destructeur et refondateur que représente la fermeture. Leurs formes sont largement déterminées par les contextes englobants et les histoires socio-institutionnelles. Elles dessinent un temps social spécifique et ont en commun d’être uniques, dans chacune de ces histoires locales. Pacifiques ou conflictuelles, ces actions doivent être pensées davantage en tant que contre-événements qu’en tant que rituels ou simples grèves. Elles sont également les prémisses narratives de récits enchanteurs, qui construiront un âge d’or de l’institution dans les mémoires et les récits des lendemains de fermeture. |

| Summary, etc. | The disappearance of the open outcry market is viewed as resulting from the modernization of the Parisian financial place by the mid-1980s. Two markets are concerned. First, the stock market that closed in 1988. It is studied on the basis of filmed archive documents centered on a symbolic action staged as a funeral. Second, the derivatives market that disappeared in 1998. It is studied on the basis of ethnographic surveys carried out at Palais Brongniart during a period marked by strikes of salaried and independent employees. These social and symbolic actions are responses to the destructive and refounding events that these closures represent. They are largely determined by the englobing frameworks and socio-institutional histories. They depict a specific social time and have in common the fact of being unique in each of these local histories. Either pacific or conflictual these actions must be regarded as counter-events rather than rituals or simple strikes. They are also the premise of enchanting accounts that will construct the past in a regretful mode and an institution golden age in memories and accounts of postclosure days. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungDas Verschwinden der öffentlichen Versteigerungsmarkt wird als die Folge der Modernisierung der Pariser Finanzplatzes seit der Mitte der 1990er Jahre untersucht. Zwei Märkte sind betroffen : der Aktienmarkt einerseits, der 1988 schloss. Seine Studie beruht auf einem gefilmten Archivdokument, das eine als Begräbnis inszenierte symbolische Handlung zeigt. Der Derivativmarkt andererseits, der 1998 schloss. Er wird auf der Basis ethnographischer Erhebungen untersucht, die im Brongniart Palast während Streiken von unselbstständigen und selbstständigen Beschäftigten durchgefürht wurden. Diese sozialen und symbolischen Handlungen sind Antworte auf das destruktive und neugründende Ereignis, das die Schliessung darstellt. Sie werden durch die umfassenden Kontexte und sozioinstitutionellen Geschichten weitgehend bestimmt. Sie beschreiben eine spezifische soziale Zeit und haben gemeinsam, dass sie in jeder dieser lokalen Geschichten einzigartig sind.
