| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’article tente d’analyser les liens d’imbrication entre la politique, les arts, la musique rock, l’opposition, la « contre-culture » et la « subculture » dans les milieux underground budapestois dans les dernières décennies du système socialiste. Après une discussion des traits communs et des différences significatives des concepts de « subculture », « culture populaire », « contre-culture » et « underground », l’article offre une description du contexte politique et artistique de ces phénomènes en Hongrie. L’émergence de la « nouvelle vague » du rock, concomitante de la création des espaces publics alternatifs par les dissidents politiques, offre un cas intéressant pour l’analyse historique et ethnologique. |

| Summary, etc. | The article analyses the interweaving relations between politics, arts, rock music, the opposition, « counterculture » and « subculture » in the Budapest underground circles in the last decades of the socialist system. After discussing the common features and significant differences in the concepts of « subculture », « folk culture », « counterculture » and underground culture the article describes the political and artistical context of these phenomena in Hungary. The emergence of the rock « new wave » concomitant with the creation of alternative public spaces by political dissidents is an interesting topic for a historical and ethnological analysis. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungDer Artikel analysiert die Verflechtungen zwischen der Politik, den Künsten, der Rockmusik, der Opposition, der « Gegenkultur » und der « Subkultur » in den Budapester Undergroundkreisen in den letzten Jahrzehnten des sozialistischen Systems. Nach einer Diskussion über die Gemeinsamkeiten und bedeutenden Unterschiede in den Begriffen von « Subkultur », « Volkskultur », « Gegenkultur » und « Underground » beschreibt der Autor den politischen und künstlichen Rahmen dieser Vorgänge in Ungarn. Das Auftauchen der « Neuen Welle » des Rocks gleichzeitig mit der Schaffung öffentlicher Räume durch die politischen Dissidenten ist ein interessantes Thema für eine historische und ethnologische Analyse. |
