| Summary, etc. | Partant de trois scènes ethnographiques, à Paris, Madrid et Londres, cet article analyse les conflits d’appropriation qui se jouent autour de mémoriaux post-attentats. Ces conflits apparaissent révélateurs d’une tension entre la mémorialisation publique d’attentats et des rapports plus personnels à ces événements, d’où émerge une figure d’acteurs particulière : celle des « gardiens de la mémoire », qui estiment devoir se mobiliser sur ces sites afin d’entretenir la mémoire des victimes. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on three ethnographic settings in Paris, Madrid and London, this article analyzes the conflicts of appropriation that are enacted surrounding post-terrorist attacks memorials. These conflicts reveal a tension between the public memorialization of terrorist attacks and more personal relationships with such events – a tension from which a specific category of actors emerges: “guardians of memory”, who feel that it is their duty to mobilize themselves at these sites in order to preserve the memory of the victims. |

Estos conflictos aparecen reveladores de una tensión entre la memorialización pública de atentados y relaciones más personales con esos acontecimientos, de donde emerge una figura de actores particular: la de los « guardianes de la memoria » que consideran un deber movilizarse en estos sitios para mantener viva la memoria de las víctimas. |

| Summary, etc. | Ausgehend von drei ethnografischen Szenen in Paris, Madrid und London analysiert dieser Artikel die Aneignungskonflikte, die sich rund um Gedenkstätten nach einem Anschlag abspielen. Diese Konflikte zeigen eine Spannung zwischen der öffentlichen Erinnerung an Anschläge und persönlicheren Beziehungen zu diesen Ereignissen auf. Aus dieser Spannung geht eine bestimmte Kategorie von Akteuren hervor, die der „Hüter der Erinnerung“, die das Gefühl haben, sich an den Orten mobilisieren zu müssen um die Erinnerung an die Opfer zu erhalten. |
