| Summary, etc. | Cet article présente les résultats d’une étude ethnographique réalisée sur le Marché de gros de fruits et légumes de Beyrouth au cours du printemps 2019. Situé aux abords des camps palestiniens de Sabra et Chatila, mais fortement investi par les Syriens, ce marché apparait à la fois comme un hub marchand, un centre d’approvisionnement métropolitain et un pôle d’emplois plus ou moins informels. Il constitue aussi, à travers des activités de récupération, un espace ressource important pour une population particulièrement démunie résidant à proximité. Il alimente enfin de nombreux petits commerces de rues, le plus souvent tenus par des Syriens. |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents the results of an ethnographic study of the Beirut wholesale fruit and vegetable market during the spring of 2019. Located on the outskirts of the Palestinian camps of Sabra and Shatila, but with the presence of Syrians, this market represents a commercial hub, a metropolitan supply centre and a more or less informal employment centre. By collecting unsold produce, it also acts as a vital resource for the particularly disadvantaged population living nearby. Finally, it supplies many small shops, which are often run by Syrians. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo presenta los resultados de un estudio etnográfico realizado en el Mercado al por mayor de fruta y hortalizas de Beyrouth durante la primavera 2019. Situado en las cercanías de los campos palestinos de Sabra y Chatila, pero ocupado mayoritariamente por sirios, este mercado aparece a la vez como un hub comercial, un centro de abastecimiento metropolitano y un polo de empleos más o menos informales. Constituye también, a través de las actividades de recuperación, un espacio de recurso importante para una población que está viviendo cerca y especialmente necesitada. Por último alimenta numerosos comercios callejeros, cuyos dueños son casi siempre sirios. |

| Summary, etc. | Dieser Artikel präsentiert die Ergebnisse einer ethnografischen Studie, die im Frühjahr 2019 auf dem Beiruter Obst- und Gemüsegroßmarkt durchgeführt wurde. Am Rande der palästinensischen Lager Sabra und Schatila gelegen, aber insbesondere von Syrern frequentiert, scheint dieser Markt ein kommerzieller Knotenpunkt, ein großstädtisches Versorgungszentrum und ein Pol von mehr oder weniger informeller Beschäftigung zu sein. Außerdem stellt es durch die angebotenen Freizeitaktivitäten einen wichtigen Ressourcenbereich für eine besonders benachteiligte Bevölkerung dar, die in der Nähe wohnt. Schließlich versorgt sie viele kleine Straßenläden, die meist von Syrern betrieben werden. |
