Cependant, certains patients détournent ce traitement à des fins récréatives, et s’exposent à des complications diverses sur un plan psychiatrique comme des dépersonnalisations, mais aussi des complications hépatobiliaires avec dilatation des voies biliaires ou urologiques avec atteinte de la vessie. La prise en charge repose avant tout sur un traitement symptomatique des complications et d’un accompagnement adapté avec le médecin traitant qui a pour rôle de soutenir ces patients sur la gestion de ces addictions. |
