| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’article décrit un nouveau type de « transmigrants » post-coloniaux, postsocialistes et post-fordistes en Europe, aux Amériques et en Asie du Sud-Est, apparu ces quinze dernières années. L’approche classique ne suffit plus qui considère un « migrant-objet », il faut une nouvelle approche d’un migrant-sujet de son déplacement. Ces transmigrants circulent en Europe le long de « territoires circulatoires ».Trois exemples sont analysés : à l’Est méditerranéen, les transmigrants afghans, à l’Ouest, les transmigrants maghrébins, au pourtour méditerranéen, les transmigrantes pour le travail du sexe.Un cosmopolitisme migratoire est en train de naître, mixte de métissage et de cosmopolitisme interindividuels. |

| Summary, etc. | The Migratory cosmopolitisms : the Mediterranean People in Migrating between Licit and IllicitThis paper describes a new type of people in migrating, a post-colonial, post-socialist and post-fordist type, existing over the last fifteen years in Europe, North America, South America and Southeast Asia. The classical approach to this new type, the migrant as object, is no more appropriate, a new one is required, the migrant as subject of his own travelling. This people in migrating are moving in Europe along « moving territories ».The paper analyses three exemples : the Afghan people in migrating in the Mediterranean eastern, the North African people in migrating in the Mediterranean western and the prostitute in migrating on the sides of the Mediterranean Sea.A migratory cosmopolitism is arising, a mixture of interindividual interbreeding and cosmopolitism. |
