| Summary, etc. | Cet article parcourt certaines doctrines en matière d’appréhension des biorisques et des biohackerspaces ainsi que, dans une perspective transdisciplinaire, des évolutions que sont susceptibles d’impulser trois domaines : la philosophie de la biopolitique de Michel Foucault (biopouvoirs, biorisques), l’approche en termes de complexité initiée par Edgar Morin appliquée au vivant (co-engendrement, système autopoïétique « étrange ») et la sociologie de sciences latourienne (innovation socio-technique, STS).Nous esquisserons ensuite la présentation d’une expérience d’instrumentation de cette approche enrichie de la complexité en incertitude, à l’ère du biohacking. L’analyse structurale de réseau textuel s’affirme ainsi comme une approche facilitant bien l’identification de propriétés émergentes d’un système dynamique complexe (au sens de Morin & Le Moigne, 1999) qui se révèle pertinente pour une application à une veille ou une prospective stratégique du biorisque et des biohackerspaces. |

| Summary, etc. | This article looks at a number of doctrines for understanding biohazards and biohackerspaces and, from a trans-disciplinary perspective, at the changes that three fields are likely to bring about: Michel Foucault’s philosophy of biopolitics (biopowers, biohazards), Edgar Morin’s approach to complexity as applied to the living (co-engendering, “strange” autopoietic systems) and Latourian sociology of science (socio-technical innovation, STS).We will then outline an experiment in the instrumentation of this enriched approach to complexity in uncertainty, in the era of biohacking. Structural analysis of textual networks is thus confirmed as an approach that facilitates the identification of emergent properties of a complex dynamic system (in the sense of Morin & Le Moigne, 1999), and which is relevant for application to a strategic watch or foresight of biohacking and biohackerspaces. |
