| Summary, etc. | L’année 2013 n’a guère brillé en matière de fiscalité de l’environnement à l’exception de l’introduction, enfin réussie, d’une composante carbone dans la fiscalité de l’énergie. D’autres avancées se rattachent également aux questions énergétiques, que ce soit au travers de taxes (durcissement de la taxe sur les véhicules de société et du malus automobile) ou de dépenses fiscales (crédit d’impôt développement durable, taux réduit de TVA). Les autres dispositions se limitent à des modifications ponctuelles, d’ailleurs pas toujours dans le sens d’un progrès de la protection de l’environnement. |
