| Summary, etc. | La présente chronique, annuelle, a pour objet de présenter et de commenter de façon synthétique les principales évolutions législatives et jurisprudentielles du droit de l’Union européenne dans le domaine de la biodiversité pour l’année 2013 (en incluant les développements importants jusqu’au 1er juillet 2014 si nécessaire pour des raisons de cohérence). L’adoption de la stratégie européenne sur l’infrastructure verte, l’arrêt Sweetman de la Cour de justice, le règlement du différend sur l’interdiction des produits dérivés du phoque par l’organe d’appel de l’OMC, les réformes de la PAC et de la PCP, les évolutions normatives et jurisprudentielles en matière d’OGM et l’adoption du nouveau règlement LIFE sont les points les plus marquants de cette année 2013. |

The adoption of the EU Strategy on green infrastructure, the Sweetman judgment of the Court of Justice, the settlement of the dispute on the ban of seal products by the Appellate Body of the WTO, the CAP and CFP reforms, the normative and case law developments on GMOs and the adoption of the new LIFE Regulation are the most important landmarks of this year 2013. |
