| Summary, etc. | La présente chronique de droit international de l’environnement aborde dans un premier temps les problématiques sectorielles à savoir l’eau, le milieu marin, l’air et le climat, le sol ainsi que la biodiversité. Elle s’intéresse dans un second temps à la protection de l’environnement dépassant les réglementations sectorielles en abordant les thématiques suivantes : protection de l’environnement dans son ensemble, protection transversale, environnement et commerce, environnement et conflits armés, régimes territoriaux de protection et individualisation (droits à l’environnement, responsabilité civile). Les sources prises en compte sont les traités, les instruments non obligatoires ainsi que les décisions de justice les plus marquantes. |

| Summary, etc. | International Environmental law : 2010-2014 and Penelope’s web syndromThe present column covers the developments in the field of International Environmental Law over the last five years. First, it deals with sectorial issues such as protection of water, marine environment, air and climate, soil and biodiversity. Secondly it considers environmental protection as a whole, transsectorial protection, environment and trade, environment and armed conflicts, territorial protection regimes (such as mountain areas) and individualization of international environmental law (rights to a healthy environment ; liability regimes). The legal sources taken into account are significant treaties, soft law instruments and judicial decisions. |
