| Summary, etc. | Si l’année 2013 a été marquée, en matière de droit des biotechnologies, principalement par des confirmations et des précisions à propos du processus d’autorisation de mise sur le marché à des fins ou non de mises en culture, l’année 2014 a été bien différente. Aux répétitions à l’identique, se sont ajoutées des mutations importantes à l’œuvre. Une réforme du cadre juridique relatif aux cultures OGM a vu le jour et suscite nécessairement des interrogations nombreuses. |

| Summary, etc. | The year 2013 was characterized by repetitions on GMO authorisation procedure. The year 2014 was clearly different. A major legal transformation was added to repetitions. This year, there is indeed a review of the European legal framework and a new possibility of Member States to restrict or ban GMO cultivation which is logically raised many questions. |
