| Summary, etc. | RésuméUne première approche de la solidarité dans le couple consiste à étudier les manifestations de la solidarité au sein de chaque type de couple c’est-à-dire dans le mariage, le concubinage et le Pacte civil de solidarité puis de les comparer. Ce travail conduit à deux observations : l’existence d’un grand nombre d’obligations imposées, voire parfois spontanées, allant du devoir de secours à l’aide mutuelle et matérielle en passant par l’obligation naturelle d’entraide, et le constat qu’au-delà d’une simple différence d’appellations, existe également une gradation de l’intensité de la solidarité selon la reconnaissance sociale du mode de conjugalité. Ensuite, il convient de vérifier ce pluralisme en s’intéressant à l’évolution de la solidarité dans le couple. De cette étude, il ressort que lesmanifestations de solidarité tendent à se rapprocher les unes des autres et plus précisément à se calquer sur le modèle du mariage. |

| Summary, etc. | A first approach to solidarity within the couple consists of studying the manifestations of solidarity in each type of couple, that is, marriage, cohabitation, and the Civil Solidarity Pact (PACS), and then comparing them. This work leads to two observations: the existence of a large number of imposed or sometimes spontaneous obligations, going from the duty to assist in mutual and material aid passing through the natural obligation of mutual aid, and the observation that beyond a simple difference in designation, there also exists a gradation in the intensity of the solidarity according to the social recognition of the chosen maritalmode. Then, it is sufficient to verify this pluralism by taking an interest in the evolution of the solidarity within the couple. This study shows that the manifestations of solidarity tend to come closer to each other and, more precisely, to copy the model of marriage. |
