| Summary, etc. | RésuméPar la voie de la Verwerfung, l’incroyance de la science dans les limites rejoint assymptomatiquement une des réalités qui en est l’objet : la psychose. Ainsi sont en continuité deux forclusions, celle révélatrice d’un défaut structurel dans le sujet et celle révélatrice d’un malaise de civilisation dans la société. Les conséquences de ce rejet dans l’accueil et les soins des malades mentaux sont massives, le plus flagrant se manifestant dans un abandon généralisé. Dans la clinique infantile, la méconnaissance de la psychose entraîne tout autant de risques de non assistance en personnes en danger, tant du côté du sujet malade que de celui de son environnement. Des exemples cliniques en donneront l’illustration. |

Therefore, two throwing outs ( forclusions) are nearing each other, the first one revealing a structural failure inside the subject, the second one revealing a discontent of civilization in the society. This dismissal concerning the welcome and cares of people affected by mental troubles has heavy consequences, the generalized abandonment being the most flagrant one. In the child clinic, the bad knowledge of psychosis provokes as much risks of lack of help for persons being in danger, whether it concerns sick patients or their surroundings. Proof will be given by some clinical examples. |
