| Summary, etc. | Cet article introductif montre les articulations entre énonciation et conceptualisation dans l’écriture scientifique et plus précisément l’écriture de l’ébauche, dont on trouve trace dans les carnets de travail et autres espaces de prise de notes des chercheurs. La réflexion s’articule autour de deux points : la place de l’énonciation dans l’émergence des idées, telle qu’elle a été pensée depuis 1970 par les différents champs disciplinaires des sciences humaines : philosophie, anthropologie, psychologie, linguistique ; la spécificité de la conceptualisation scientifique, et les travaux sur la place centrale de l’écriture dans l’activité des chercheurs. Les traces écrites sont envisagées dans leur dimension de fixation des observations, au travers d’actions langagières comme la nomination. Ceci conduit à spécifier les modes de travail dans les différents domaines scientifiques et leurs conséquences sur la manière dont peut être perçu le rôle de l’énonciation dans la conceptualisation et la découverte. |

| Summary, etc. | Intermediate writing, intermittent writing Pads, note-taking, fragments of science By way of introduction to the theme, this article shows the articulations between enunciation and conceptualization in scientific writings, more precisely in the rough drafts found in researchers’ notes and outlines. We develop this in two directions: the role of enunciation in inspiring new ideas, a notion that has been maturing in the various disciplines of the humanities (philosophy, anthropology, psychology, linguistics) since the 1970s; the specific nature of scientific conceptualization, and the work accomplished on the pivotal place of writing in all scientific activity. Written traces are envisaged from the point of view of their capacity to pin down observations through language acts such as nomination. This leads us to specify the ways of working in various fields and their consequences on the perception of the role of enunciation with respect to conceptualization and invention. |
