Summary, etc. Les recherches en éducation n’échappent pas si facilement au prisme de la cis-hétéronormativité, et peu de travaux en français s’intéressent à la présence et aux activités des personnes issues de la diversité sexuelle et de genre au sein des contextes éducatifs. Or, parmi ces personnes, les artistes drags intervenant dans ces contextes sont régulièrement l’objet de critiques politiques et morales. Notre contribution interroge ces paniques morales en direction des artistes drag pour tenter d’en déterminer des régularités et d’en expliquer les causes sociales et politiques. Enfin, nous faisons l’hypothèse que ces paniques morales envers les artistes drags en contexte éducatif révèlent une peur inquiétante des corps queers, et plus largement de la queerness en éducation qu’il conviendrait de questionner.

Summary, etc. Educational research does not easily escape the prism of cis-heteronormativity, and few studies in French focus on the presence and activities of sexually and gender-diverse individuals in educational contexts. Among these individuals, drag artists performing in these contexts are regularly the target of political and moral criticism. Our contribution questions these moral panics directed at drag artists in an attempt to identify patterns and explain their social and political causes. Finally, we hypothesize that these moral panics towards drag artists in educational contexts reveal a disturbing fear of queer bodies, and more broadly of queerness in education, which should be questioned.
