| Summary, etc. | Cet article, fondé sur deux campagnes d’entretiens menées auprès de youtubeurs de fiction francophones, s’intéresse à l’univers de création qui se développe sur et autour de la plateforme YouTube. Il montre comment les relations d’interdépendance entre acteurs prennent ici des formes particulières. Ces dernières constituent pour ces créateurs des tentatives de gérer à leur avantage les risques inhérents à l’incertitude qui prévaut dans la création artistique en général, et sur YouTube en particulier. Par rapport au fonctionnement de la filière audiovisuelle, avec laquelle YouTube entretient des relations étroites, on assiste en effet à un transfert de la gestion des risques vers l’amont. En découlent des stratégies et des manières de mobiliser les réseaux qui tendent à faire du youtubeur une « micro-organisation » ou un travailleur indépendant devant gérer un portefeuille d’activité. |

| Summary, etc. | This article, based on two interview campaigns with French-speaking fiction YouTubers, focuses on the creative universe that is developing on and around the YouTube platform. It shows how interdependent relationships between creators take on particular forms, constituting attempts by them to manage to their advantage the risks inherent in the uncertainty prevailing in artistic creation in general, and on YouTube in particular. With regard to the functioning of the audiovisual sector, with which YouTube maintains close relations, we are witnessing a transfer of risk management upstream. This leads to strategies and ways of mobilizing networks that tend to make the YouTubeur a “micro-organisation” or a self-employed worker who has to manage a business portfolio. |
