The study compares the regulatory approaches in the United States (pro-innovation orientation, limited supervision), China (State planning and authoritarian control), and Europe (proactive regulation and humanistic values around the AI Act). Finally, it shows that the future will depend as much on collective choices in terms of governance, training, and international cooperation as on the technical advances themselves, which are a prerequisite for transforming the potential of AI into inclusive and sustainable prosperity. |
