| Summary, etc. | Les questionnements autour du secret chez les professionnels du soin renvoient à la fois à une connaissance plus ou moins maîtrisée du cadre légal mais également à des ajustements pratiques dont la diversité reflète celle des situations de travail.À partir d’une recherche-action, menée au sein du Criavs (Centre ressources pour intervenants auprès d’auteurs de violences sexuelles), avec la méthode d’analyse en groupe nous montrons, dans cet article, les formes de positionnements pouvant exister à propos d’une même situation de signalement, mettant ainsi en exergue différentes logiques professionnelles. |

| Summary, etc. | When it comes to professional secrecy among health care professionals, the main questions relate to both knowledge of the legal framework and to the practical adjustments that are just as varied as work situations.Drawing on an action research study conducted by the Centre Ressources pour Intervenants auprès d’Auteurs de Violences Sexuelles (Criavs) (Resource Center for Professionals Working with Sex Offenders) and using the group analysis method, this paper outlines the different kinds of positioning strategies adopted with regard to the same reported child abuse situation, thus highlighting differing professional reasonings. |
