| Summary, etc. | Selon la norme IS0 59004, les approches performancielles s’appuient sur la vente d’un usage ou d’un résultat mobilisant des solutions, des combinaisons insécables de services et de produits, répondant à un besoin fonctionnel d’une partie intéressée. En France, ces approches correspondent au modèle de l’Économie de la Fonctionnalité (EF) si elles restent limitées au périmètre de l’entreprise et de ses clients, ou à celui de l’Économie de la Fonctionnalité et de la Coopération (EFC) si elles mobilisent un écosystème plus large afin de répondre à un enjeu territorial structurant (mobilité, santé…). La création de valeur de ces modèles permet de dissocier les revenus de l’utilisation des ressources et de la quantité de produits livrés, avec des impacts environnementaux potentiellement positifs. Pour cela, les solutions doivent être co-conçues avec les bénéficiaires, parties intéressées et entre partenaires. Cela demande un travail de coopération conséquent entre les partenaires et avec les bénéficiaires, et implique une refonte de la conception du travail et des dispositifs d’évaluation. Des dispositifs d’accompagnement des entreprises existent pour faciliter cette transition. |

| Summary, etc. | According to standard IS0 59004, performance-based approaches rely on selling a use or a result that mobilizes solutions, indivisible combinations of services and products, meeting a functional need of an interested party. In France, these approaches correspond to the Functional Economy (FE) model if they remain limited to the scope of the company and its customers, or to the Functional and Cooperative Economy (FCE) model if they mobilize a broader ecosystem in order to respond to a structuring territorial issue (mobility, health, etc.). The value creation of these models makes it possible to dissociate revenues from the use of resources and the quantity of products delivered, with potentially positive environmental impacts. To achieve this, solutions must be co-designed with beneficiaries, stakeholders and partners. This requires significant cooperation between partners and with beneficiaries, and involves redesigning work processes and evaluation mechanisms. Support mechanisms for businesses exist to support this transition. |
