À son instar, les jeunes qui profèrent de fausses déclarations de maltraitance auprès des acteurs de la protection de l’enfance explorent une dysharmonie du consensus éducatif. Ces mensonges, en conflictualisant le lien famille/système, mettent en exergue une discorde inconsciente. L’auteur les considère comme un prisme où se révèle la transcendance invisible du pouvoir social par rapport à l’autorité familiale. Il nous invite à interpréter les faux signalements de maltraitance comme la symptomatisation d’une problématique collective concernant la relation d’autorité. |

Following this example, the young people who utter false declarations of mistreatment to the actors of the child welfare explore a disharmony of the educational consensus. These lies draw into conflict the link between family and system and bring out an unconscious discord. The author considers them as a prism which shows the invisible transcendence of society upon the family authority.The child invites us to interpret the false descriptions of mistreatment as the symptomatisation of a collective issue about the authority relation ship. |
