| Summary, etc. | À partir d’une enquête fouillée, cet article montre et explique le décalage entre la composition sociale du groupe parlementaire La France insoumise (LFI) et la marque politique défendue par LFI et son électorat. Ce qui fonde l’éligibilité des candidat·es LFI devenu·es député·es n’est pas tant leur position sociale d’origine, leur âge et leur couleur de peau, que leur inscription dans le parti. Le décalage observé est le produit d’un type de fonctionnement organisationnel et d’un vivier militant d’insoumis qui est structurellement peu ancré dans les milieux populaires. |

| Summary, etc. | This article is based on a detailed survey and shows and explains the discrepancy between the social composition of the La France insoumise (LFI) parliamentary group, and the political brand defended by LFI and its electorate. The eligibility of LFI candidates who become MPs is determined less by their original social position, age, and skin colour, and more by their party membership. The observed discrepancy is the result of organisational processes and a militant pool of Insoumis that is not well established in working-class communities. |
