| Summary, etc. | Cet article étudie comment l’organisation du travail dans les processus d’apprentissage automatisés laisse entrevoir une confrontation entre gouvernementalité des algorithmes d’un côté et capacités agentives revendiquées par les acteurs, de l’autre. L’analyse s’appuie sur une enquête qualitative longitudinale (2015-2022) réalisée auprès d’acteurs ayant travaillé au sein de Amazon Mechanical Turk (AMT) et conduit les auteurs à mettre en évidence quatre processus de re-subjectivation permettant aux acteurs de pouvoir contester la gouvernementalité algorithmique et négocier certains espaces d’agentivité. |

| Summary, etc. | This article explores how the organization of work within automated learning processes reveals a confrontation between algorithmic governmentality and the agentive capacities asserted by actors.
